Approach them with a specific request. For example, if your sister is a great cook, you can ask her for help with preparing meals. When you appeal to people’s strong points, they’re more likely to say yes.

Look for organizations that provide resources for caregivers. For optimum efficiency, use Eldercare Locator, a free public service of the US Administration on Aging. You can search by zip code, city, state, or topic.

             Medical personnel

Ask your counselor, your family member’s doctor, and other medical personnel involved in the patient's healthcare administration. Because they have a full understanding of your situation, they can give tailored advice.

             Online forums

Connect with people who are in the same position as you. Experienced caregivers can provide useful tips on in-home senior care, while new caregivers can offer comfort through the fact that you aren’t alone. Caregiver Action Network and Aging Care are good places to start.
